Product cannot be connected to a Windows computer

Is not explicit, in the website, that this product cannot be connected to a Windows computer. After purchasing a lot of hard drives by Western Digital, I decided to purchase this one, just to bring trouble to my life. There was no possibility or connector to connect this product to a Windows PC (no USB-c cable), so it was completely useless for me. I decided to return the product to WD, and now they say the product is not was sent to me, now they say the Serial number is different and they are refusing the return. Bad. I'll be considering again Seagate o LaCie for my next purchases. But if this return do not get properly resolved, no more Western Digital.
