Affordable and sturdy drive. Transfer rate is good and fast and its retrieval rate is quick too.

The unit is definitely very rugged and durable. I use it for live recording in different venues and all types of weather conditions.

Phenomenal cross-platform (mac and pc) storage drive. Its fast enough for me and I look forward to using it years to come. Its great that I can utilize this between both my work computer and personal computer, which inconveniently are different platforms, yet this makes my jumping between computers seamless and EASY.

if my laptop dies or if i close my laptop with out ejecting hard drive it takes about a hour to come back on i have two i got second one thinking i had a bad drive but both do it
