Shopper : Why is the bubble level mounted vertically?  How does that work?Jeremy B : It is fantastic for shooting horizontally. LOL. The bubble is useless. I have been using this head for some time and I just ordered a pack of the slide in bubbles that go into the hot shoe.

great for the still to video photorapher

I use this head on my R2 Gitzo still tripod to use with my new Canon Vixia S200 video camera. It works great and I only need to swap heads to switch media. I like that it used the Arca mounting system.
