Bristles Fall Out Everywhere

First of all: All the Bristles start falling out of the brush Immediately. Secondly: The lens cleaner solution tip leave more residue than you first startrd with because it also seems to just desintegrate from the first use. (NO RECOMMENDATIONS HERE).
