Sturdy, Strong product

Great strong tripod mount, but it's a bit on the difficult side to work. The arms are a little sticky and the horizontal lever can be over "loosened" and it still not move well. All that said, I can mount my D800E and my 24-70mm f/2.8 to the quick release plate and it doesn't budge. Very secure and strong.
