These glass protectors attach around the edges and leave the middles free so you don't get those annoying bubbles. Easy to install and a perfect fit. If your camera is not represented, and many aren't, it's worth trying to match the dimensions - the protectors are that good.

I purchased this screen protector for my Canon 5DmkII. It fits the screen well, is easy to install, and is crystal clear. Sure it's more expensive than other protectors, but that's because this isn't just a piece of plastic...it's a quality glass product. I've been using another Giottos protector on my 5D classic, and I've been really happy with it.

instillation instructions are very vague.because of this i am not able to use it.i ruined it.it is sitting in my drawer unable to use.

This was a cheap looking and working piece of plastic that I was supposed to use on such expensive gear like a 5DMKII camera. It was way overpriced, too easily had air pocket ripple after carefully applying to screen, and the glare was not anything I would be satisfied with.

Had this on a 40D and it broke after a minor bump. These things are very expensive and are not strong enough to provide any protection to your LCD screen. Not worth the $.

I have purchased two of these. The first one was OK. I bought another for my 40D and it was worthless. It would not stay on the camera and I cleaned the area carefully before applying. I finally glued it but It was bumped when I was shooting a football game and it shattered. It was not hit hard enough that it should have broken and the LCD screen would have been fine. Never again.

This is a good LCD protector. The only bad thing is that, it has to be cleaned more often than the LCD without it because it retains finger prints. But that is ok as long as it protects the camera's LCD

Purchased for the Canon 5D Mark II. Fits great, a little thicker than I would prefer but the color and clarity are great. However, one big thing is that it gets finger prints and other grease marks easily, way more than the original camera screen.

Got it for my 50D and I love it - Fits perfectly and adds great additional protection - Looks like it was factory installed as it is very thin. Colors seem to look more vivid and brighter through this screen. Easy to clean. I additionally have the same product installed on my G9 and it has been performing great. Be careful during application to clean the back of the screen prior to taking off the outer masking - thouroughly clean camera screen and apply carefully, as you only have one chance. If you get it on crooked, you will have to use a hair dryer to remove and re-position.

I wrote to the manufacturer who said I must have had dust or water (water? like in I held it in the shower, got it good and wet, and then tried to put something on the lcd screen?) on the LCD screen. After reading reveiws, I was sold. Product arrived and was incredibly easy to apply. I will never own another DSLR without one of these on the LCD. Especially with my 40D and it's 3" screen. Oustanding clarity through the LCD with this compared to a piece of plastic film that "protects" the screen.

I was a little doubtful of the necessity of this cover but I decided to try it anyway. It worked as advertised. Make sure your camera screen is absolutely clear before applying! Six months later I tripped and my walking stick hit the screen hard enough to crack it. No damage to the camera. Without it my Canon D40 would have been in the shop for an expensive repair. I am now awaiting my replacement.
