This light kit is great.  Comes in a nice case, not too big, not to heavy, easy to carry around.  I work at a school and have 3 of these lighting kits.  They are easy to set up and great for interviews and productions.  They are not the most powerful lights but if you want something more powerful, you need to get something bigger.  These lights are exactly how I expected them to work.  Great on the go lights that use the L series battery or you can plug it into the wall.  But for every pro there is a con.  My only con on these lights are the light stands they come with.  The light stand collapses where the legs flip up, that way it is not that long and fits in the bag nicely.  This allows the bag to be shorter in length, better for storing.  However, the legs are stiff and sometimes hard to collapses down for our students.  I would recommend these light kit.
