Makes a single charger work for all battery types

Works perfectly with the dual quick charger. I have several different Nikon cameras that unfortunately use different batteries, and spending only $2 for a tray is a real blessing compared to spending $ for an entire charger. The trays pop in and out easily....no tools required.

What, they make these?

I discovered it by accident after using my charger for two years. I was looking to buy another charger for a different size battery, and I found this plate which works on my old charger. So I bought another charger and two more of these plates in different sizes. I'm able to charge two batteries at once now, of same size, or of different sizes. I can take one charger with two plates when I travel, and this is a great savings on weight and space! I highly recommend expanding your charging capabilities by getting different size plates.

Great idea.

The charging plate is a great idea but you do need the charging unit that as both a A/C plug and car charger cord. Love it.
