I bought an a6700 bundle that came with one of these batteries. I am always skeptical of 3rd party batteries because so many of them lose their capacity very quickly. I've had this for a year now and it's still going strong. I use it as my primary battery and I shoot at least a couple of times a week. To me, these are better than the OEM battery even if they don't last quite as long, because they are directly rechargeable. I always have a USB-C battery bank with me, so for long shooting days if I manage to kill this battery, I switch to the OEM battery, plug this one into my battery bank, and by the time I've killed the OEM battery this one is good to go again. The only thing annoying about this setup is I end up using my OEM battery so infrequently that it's not getting charged often enough, and it has a relatively high self discharge rate so on the rare occasion I do need to use it, it might be at 70% capacity and then I might not have enough time to chare up the Green Extreme to full before the OEM is dead. The better solution, I think, is to just have two of the Green Extreme batteries so you can always have one charging and one shooting no matter where you are.

Seems to work just as well as my Sony battery. I have read some reviews that said they didn't last quite as long as the Sonys but realize these are also a lot cheaper. Seems To work fine for me!

Didn't match OEM battery life. Used in same Alpha 7Siii, 4K recording 36min vs OEM 49 min life. But it's a good backup battery to get you out of a jam at this price.

My father actually put me onto this brand since he's had a lot of success with it over the years for his Canon DSLR. The item came super fast in convenient packaging and I haven't had any problems. Would definitely recommend if you opt out of buying the original batteries.

Charging plate and batteries are just as good as original. Batteries last just as long as originals from Sony, Charging plate has an excellent display for battery charging progress and a simple fold out ac charging plug for a slim, compact design.
