I bought this because I figured if I own a tripod, I should probably have a proper bag for it. That said, this bag should've been included with my tripod. The bag itself is very well made and fits my Gitzo Series 4 with RRS BH-55 perfectly.

Easily swallows my Systematic tripod with as RRS BH-55 mounted on it with room to spare. Thoughtful design able to accommodate various head configurations. It isn't long enough to handle my Wimberly Gimbal with a leveling head when attached to the tripod and still close the zippers, but it should be able to handle most other type of heads when attached to the Systematic. I can't comment on how it would work with the optional center column as I don't use one. Maybe consider the larger version if you want the extra space. The bag has a useful inner pocket for small tools and such. A bit expensive for what it is. Time will tell how it holds up. But if it lasts under normal/heavy use, then it's worth the investment.
