This high-tech, user-friendly system offers wireless focus or iris control, with an optional wired zoom control through LANC. The standout feature of the YMER-1 is the LenSaver Calibration (patent pending), a unique and efficient method of calibrating a follow focus system. With a simple press of the calibration button and manual movement of the lens from end-stop to end-stop, calibration is completed quickly and safely, without risking damage to delicate lenses. The YMER-1 also offers a Manual Override feature, allowing for direct control of the lens without compromising calibration. This versatile system ensures a smooth, haptic connection with your lens, thanks to the adjustable resistance of the control knob. With a wireless transmission range of up to 500 meters (1640 feet) line of sight, the YMER-1 offers unparalleled control over your lens movements. Adjustable limit points and a precision mode provide super fine control over a customizable range. The YMER-1 also includes a camera run button for remote start and stop recording, and mounting points on the transmitter for attaching other devices. The receiver can drive up to two Heden motors and works with Heden motors M21VE-L, M26VE, VM35, LM30, and CM55. The YMER-1 is powered by a replaceable standard Sony battery (not included) for long operational life. The kit also includes a power cable with a standard 2 pin male connector to PTAP male at the other end, and a neck strap for comfortable wear and easy access to your YMER lens controller.
