Hive Killer Plasma Maxi Two Light Basic Kit, 540W, Daylight

The Killer Plasma Maxi is a completely unique fixture. It uses Hive's Wasp Plasma Par optics but combines two bulbs in one housing, making it the most versatile in Hive's line. The Killer uses two single point Plasma sources that last 10,000+ hours are flicker-free, offer universal orientation, and produce full, even spectrum 5600K CCT daylight balanced light with a CRI of 94. A single Killer can be used as a double Par, giving you 2x more light. It's as bright as a 1K HMI, but only draws 540 watts. Two individual Killer units can be combined using a frame to make 2x2 arrays.

These 2x2 arrays can be used as a 4 light Maxi which is as bright as a 2K HMI, or hung with a 6K SpaceLight bag to make a Maxi Spacelight that's brighter than a 6,000W Tungsten Maxi-SpaceLight, but only draws 1,080 watts. Whatever combination you choose, toggle switches provide individual on/off lamp control. For different beam spreads and orientation, standard 8" Par lenses can be easily interchanged. Hive's Killer Plasma Maxi is DMX 512 controllable making it easy to integrate into any studio or stage.
