The Super Hornet 575-C is an OmniColor (LED set with 7 distinct color chips) point source LED with the output equivalent a 575 W HMI or 2,000 W Incandescent. Offering full spectrum white light from 1650K - 8000K and fully saturated color. It is the brightest single point source color changing LED Par for entertainment production lighting.
Perfect S.H.O.T. Controls
Hive's Perfect S.H.O.T. control system on the Super Hornet 575-C allows you to adjust the Saturation, Hue, Output, and Color Temperature, to create the perfect lighting for any shot. S.H.O.T. controls can create millions of dimming and color combinations to customize lighting for any production scenario. Perfect S.H.O.T. can be accessed on the fixture itself, or remotely via CMRX, DMX, or the free Hive smartphone app. Also accessable on the fixture are color changing lighting effects, preset sources, and multiple white light curve profiles.
Hive LED Technology
The Super Hornet 575-C uses LED Omni-Color technology. By using a combination of primary, secondary, and tertiary colored LEDS (Red, Amber, Lime, Green, Cyan, Blue, and Sapphire) we create a more complete and even spectrum than traditional RGBW. A proprietary algorithm combines these 7 different colors into a brilliant white-balanced light and millions of saturated color combinations. While traditional color changing LEDs use 3 base colors or 2 "white" LEDs , Hive's 575-C has far higher color quality and far greater control than Bi-Color or RGB LEDs.
Infinite Accessories
The Super Hornet 575-C is a 180 degree flood light with multiple mounting points. Move quickly between Hive's various Fresnels and Reflectors with optional drop in lenses and barndoors. Full sized or mini Leko attachments are perfect for shaping light. The Super Hornet's 100mm (4 inch) diameter also accepts all Profoto accessories and Profoto adapters for light modifiers from companies like Elinchrom, Westcott, Chimera and many more. The possibilities are almost endless.
