I bought Soho Wireless on 6th July 2019. Since I bought it I used very sparse. Because I had 3 headphones and Soho is my spare headphone. During time I sent 5 times to technical Service Aztek and everytime they send a new one but every time I have still 2 problems and I am sure now these are main problem of product. 1) In very shorttime headphones pad is getting hair crack (microcrack) and getting bigger. 2) When battery is %20 it shotdowns, meanning %20 batery=%0. I do not want to resend Soho to service again and again. It is at the service now and I want to refund my money. I am tired of using Soho...

I had an older version of these. Loved the sound! Especially the base quality. The product itself had some issues and this model had taken care of all of them and added some great new features!

Second pair the first were brown in color and I loved them !! were misplaced and had to get a new pair and the only thing I miss is the color! these are awesome!! Worth the price!

So I came to the product Q&A page to find info on Why the headphones turn off all the time. Apparently the headphones turn off after a period of no sound coming through, which I was not aware of. This can be a little frustrating as you have to 'Reconnect' them to start back listening, but now that I know this is an intentional function, I can deal with it.

The main reason why I purchased the headphones was to listen to conference calls o my laptop using skype and teams. The description didn't mention that the headphones were incompatible with the headphones. In addition as others reviewers stated, the headphones do fall off when bending your head down. On the positive side they are very good listening to music. I returned them.

I found the design intriguing and I've just tried on-ear headphones so I bought one. It looks amazing out of the box. Once I tried them on, the sound was really good. Pairing the BT was a breeze. I tried different music genres to test the frequency response and there was no hiccups. This was really a great buy.

I had just purchased another pair of Bluetooth headphones when I ordered this Soho from the HK website. While the other pair was marketed at a slightly lower price point, the materials, look and feel of the Soho blows them out of the water. The Soho sits far more comfortably on my ears and is thoughtfully sized to be compact enough to wear in public. I also found that the Soho also has a far more neutral and flat frequency response compared to my other purchase. The first battery cycle lasted a few days of intermittent use but charged very quickly even after being fully depleted.

I like the on-ear design and the smaller overall design of the headphones. It's a change from the over ear big cans I'm used to. The sound quality is really nice. These are the easiest headphones to pair that I have ever tried. Works great with my computer as well as my Fire TV.

The sound quality is very good and the battery life is good. I am not giving it 5 stars because to cable to use it wired is not a standard 3.5mm connection at both ends

I just received it a couple of weeks ago. So far so good. Nice full sound for its size. Fits well over my ears, not bulky. Charge holds well. Delivery was quick to Hawaii! An overall good pair of headphones.

Good enough sound (I am 73, Ttake that into account).The over the ear pieces are simply too darn small, about 1/3 the size of other over the ears pieces. THe worst feature is the borderline unhelpful information that is sent with the the headphone.

The headphones are great and connect easily to the cellphone. The only complaint I have is the cushion on the ears could have been better. After 30+ mins of listening to the songs, the cushions feel inadequate the ears start to pain. Other than that the sound is great and have to use it at the medium volume levels or else the sound comes out and is easily heard by others in the room.

To me this is the vest looking headset on the market. It is also easy to pair and operate. Unfortunately, I found the sound to be less immersive than my other over the ear wireless devices.

I was very disappointed with this set of headphones. The sound quality doesn't come close to matching my Sony or Bose headphones. The overall design of the headphones looks great, but they won't stay on my head when I move and the square earpad does not rest properly on my ears.

Bluetooth works fine and for $55 which is what it is now selling for, it's worth the money. The audio quality is OK but not what you would expect from an HK item, let alone one that initially cost $250.

I've always been a fan of Harmon Kardon products, still owning a HK 7300 Receiver. However, these headphones are a big disappointment and are nowhere worth the $249 asking price. Sound is good, but no noise canceling feature, the earphones are very uncomfortable and barely fit on the ear, and the head strap is really uncomfortable. I only got about 1.25 hours of sound out of a battery charge. I would not recommend these earphones other than for a child or someone not very discerning. Full disclosure, I bought these on sale for $59.99, but still not worth it.

Instructions are terrible - no reading, just dots & symbols and number of times to tap and slide finger! It is impossible to change volume or accomplish any of the other functions described by touching and sliding your finger on the right earpiece - this just does not work at all. The sound quality is, however good.

I've only used these a couple of times. I can't get them adjusted to be comfortable, the sound quality is not as good as I expected, and I haven't gotten the hang of using the virtual controls.

I wasn't real happy with this product. I had connectivity problems immediately and the bluetooth dropped during a playback while everyone was sleeping and I was trying to be quiet. The on/off is not visible. The volume, etc. is sort of a mystery. Overall, very disappointing.
