Super great unit. Latency is really not that bad especially if you are using SDI. There is slight latency via HDMI and that is manageable. Overall great product that I would definitely buy again. If you want to keep client/Director from breathing down your neck to look at picture on camera - this is the product for you!

This is the perfect purchase if someone nearby needs to see what you are shooting. They don't have to sit or stand right behind you anymore! Also perfect if you have a second shooter and they need to see what you're doing, so they can get a different composition. This receiver/transmitter set contains one AC power supply, so you need to have at least one Sony NP battery (or another AC power supply).

This system is equipped with an optimized monitoring feed and multiple monitoring options, including waveform, focus peaking, zebra, zoom in/out, and 3D Luts. It supports real-time monitoring on up to 4 phones or tablets, offering professional monitor features for a comprehensive view of your production.
Powering the Mars 400S PRO is flexible, with a 5-12V wide voltage power supply and a Type-C charging option. It also supports various L-Series batteries and 6-16V DC power options. The system's channel scan and firmware update features are easily accessible via the HollyView APP, ensuring optimal performance and easy maintenance.
