Take ogg grip and it works fine.DAVID B : I do not know the dimensions of that camera.PAUL T : Gary, I don't have a battery grip on a Nikon D300, but I have a D800 w/o grip and a D4. It works on both of these. It is very adjustable and easy to take on and off without having to modify the adjustments. I would feel comfortable buying it to work with the battery grip. It should be about the size of the D4.DONNIE B : Gary....I unfortunately own a Canon TS41......however it is adjustable, and from what I have experienced with this unit....I am 99.9% that it will fit your Nikon. Hoodman HCP with 3" LCD Loupe for Canon SX530 hs

The Canon is not a true DSLR but has a full size DSLR body. That said, the HCP does not fit properly on the camera without modification. Specifically, the bumper on the right side of the camera comes into contact with the cameras grip resulting in a gap between then loupe and the camera on the left side. Removing the bumper and arm results in a less sturdy connection between the HCP/Loupe and camera. The mount appears to be good quality, light and well thought out. I was unable to find out definitively if the HCP would fit the Canon prior to purchase.. So I am posting here to give future potential buyers a heads up in case they are considering this product. I have not attempted any modifications yet but will at somepoint to see if I can get around the limitation.
