The product is easy to attach to camera and works very good.

I do not give this product the five stars it could be given, because I consider it should adjust better over the camera's screen (I use it for my 60D) Also, it would be firmer if made of metal, instead of plastic. On the other hand, it lets you film videos much easier tan without it because: Lets you focus acurately, Helps stabilize the cámara by having it pressed against your face. It is a good accesory for the Hood, which I already had for reviewing my images in bright light situations.

Another way to view the screen.
It will take some getting use to but will be an asset in the long run.

Only use current 3.0 loupe
One caution: use only with the current 3.0 Hoodman loupe. The earlier version won't focus correctly and it cuts off part of a larger LCD

Quite good!
The Hoodcrane works as advertised, and is a very good solution for attaching the Hoodman loupe to any camera with LCD. It is made of plastic, however, and one can only hope it holds up for the long haul.
My only complaint is that the flip-up feature - which is very good - cannot be achieved with one hand as the spring requires putting the camera down or at least having it on a tripod. One cannot flip loupe up and down in the middle of a shot. Otherwise, highly recommended.
