A very nice, high quality Landing Pad!
I am very happy with my purchase of a 3' diameter landing pad for my quad. Its carrying case is compact with a handy shoulder strap for carrying. The construction is robust, and it should last for years of takeoffs and landings. You can also spot it easily from the air with your onboard camera. I would not hesitate recommending this product to my fellow drone pilots!

Hoodman Drone Takeoff/Landing Pad
I only use Hoodman Drone Takeoff/ Landing Pads for my missions/operations. There are a lot of other manufactures out there that make takeoff/landing pads, but none compare to Hoodman. The design is rugged and durable, plus with the encased cable around the edge the pad is weighted the pad is not effected by wind, weather, or prop wash coming from the sUAS/Drone propellers. I own 3 Hoodman Pads, a small pad, medium pad and the 5 ft. pad. I just bought my 4th Hoodman pad, another 5 ft. pad. I teach Public Safety sUAS/Drone Courses and will be using the new 4th pad as an emergency landing site for emergency landing scenarios in my courses. The Hoodman takeoff/landing pads are easy to deploy and to store, plus they come with a rugged carrying/storage bag that can be hung on something to designate where the takeoff/landing area is located. You cannot go wrong using Hoodman products.

Perfect for my Mavic
This landing pad gives the same mobility that your Mav Pro or smaller drone does, and because of the built in weights, it does not blow any in window when you are taking off and landing. Also a great way to protect your gimbal and camera form dust and rocks.

This is a quality pad. You are definitely getting what you pay for on this product. Low price/quality items are just that, prepare to buy and buy again. Not with this pad, pull the trigger, your drone will be thank you for it.

Beats most homemade pads by a mile !
VERY well made !! I've used several things before. Plywood ,rugs, grass , you name it. This thing wins out. Lays flat. Keeps area clean and I can come in and land gently and quickly on even heavy wind days(I live on the high plains of NM) when done folds and stores nice.

Stellar Quality and Service
Hoodman exceeded my meticulous expectations and quickly delivered a high quality, well engineered, and very impressive drone pad. This is a serious drone pad made from durable materials. It has sturdy support when you open and lay it out and then it folds and stows away in a breeze. I highly recommend this pad. We will definitely give it a serious test in the harsh desert sun, but I think it will endure.
