I absolutely love these eye cups for my cameras. Can?t imagine photography without them. Allows me to better view images through the viewfinder without extraneous light. Comfortable fit. Soft and flexible against my face, and easy to pack in my camera bag.

I’ve owned this great eyecup for over 8 years and it was the very first accessory I purchased for my trusted 1DMk3 camera. It really helps with blocking the straight light getting into a viewfinder. It’s been a fail-proof piece serving me duly all these years. Recently I purchased yet another used 1DMk3 and its original eyecup was cracked. So after searching for an original at B&H site, I came across reviews with users complaining of the recent “new-n-improved original” Canon eyecups being too flimsy, easy to lose or knock off with your hand. EVEN while using them for the top of the line 1D line cameras. That didn’t sit well with me, so I knew I had to head over to the Hoodman website once again & get yet another rubber eyecup. They fit SUPER-smooth and stay nice and tight and impossible to remove with just a brush of a hand. To clean them, you wash them with water and they’ll serve you for many years just like in my case. Oh, and they also add a classy touch to your otherwise bland-looking camera. :)

This eye cup works great , It fits around your eye and keeps all the light from shinning into your eye or dust .

This is a "must have" if you are shooting outdoors. I have had this product on all my cameras. I highly recommend this product.

If you're having problems with ambient light affecting you being able to see through your viewfinder this product is perfect for you. I definitely recommend it. I also think it's great to block out distractions happening around you in busy venues.

It's a wonderful product to own. It does everything it's meant to do. I'm so excited I got it. It fit my Canon 7D perfectly. Adorama was also wonderful !!! I bought this exact model (H-EYEC22) from my local camera store where I live (not Adorama) and was told it would fit my Canon 5D Mark III. However, after getting home I quickly found out that it does NOT fit my 5D Mark III. So just F.Y.I.

Product is much softer and more comfortable than those that cost less. I tried a cheaper brand but it was stiff and too ridgid to conform to my eye. This one fits nice and keeps distracting light out of your eye.

A bit pricey, but very good at keeping out stray light and helping to center your eye properly on the viewfinder.
