Right to Repair Law?
It is ridiculous that we can't use otherwise functional cartridges because the HP printer detects a non-HP chip. I hope that right-to-repair laws will be made to include the right to be able to use third party replacement parts

Purchase of HP 215A Black ink cartridge
The HP 215A Black original cartridge arrived promptly and was very easy to install in my printer. The print quality is excellent.

Black Laser Jet Cartridge
This cartridge is easy peasy to load into printer. I am pleased the length of time it lasts. I am a short story writer and purchase 3 at a time. Always want an inventory ready to print available.

Result of installing new cartridge
After I installed the new cartridge my printer has started printing irradictally and
startings cleaning every time I print one page, and it keeps printing the same page even I am sent a new page to printed, very frustrating experience.

HP Products
I've only had my HP printer for a few months and have really enjoyed it. I have connectivity with my iPhones, MacBook and HP All in One computer. Color and black/white printing is sharp. The toner cartridges are really easy to change. The ordering process on the app was also very easy and delivery was earlier than indicated.

HP products vice the OTHERS!
I admit that I want the way of other than HP products, but I am back. The other products just did NOT do the things that HP products do to increase mya viability with printing. Thanks for being there for me.

Prompt delivery
Since there are so many toner makes out there, it is difficult for an office supply store to stock them all. Thus, having the ability to go straight to the company to buy one with no shipping, return of the old one, and prompt delivery, this is the best way to go.
