HP 64 Tri-color Original Ink Cartridge

I didn't begin using this cartridge until arriving back home after a few months and when I put the cartridge in and after 11 different times using the hp chat bot and numerous HP HELP and SUPPORT avenues, the cartridge remained only printing partially using this black. It is an hp original cartridge, I bought it from hp, it was two months after it arrived that I loaded it to use and I was outside of the return date. I was forced to throw away the entire cost purchasing this and had to buy a brand new one. That's working but it all leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Like HP has the technology to simply "decide" to make your cartridge not work from afar. Which they do but there's no other reason why that cartridge didn't work after numerous app diagnostic tools and cleaning brand new cartridges and all the rest of the tools to align and clear smears. Nothing worked. Not the detailed cleaning, none of the many, many instructions or support people who I followed step by step instructions with. I feel like HP should have a loyalty to anyone who has purchased their printers to replace brand new cartridges that don't work no matter when they actually opened the PCG. And if you don't believe a customer then send us a paid s&h label and let us send the bad cartridge to you so you can see and learn from it at least.

Nothing extraordinary. So far, it does the job. The price is too high. It's hard to purchase, as major retailers don't seem to have it in stock when I need to buy it.

I do not print often. If I leave the cartridge in the printer and do not print for awhile, the cartridge head has ink that dries up, I cannot loosen, and printing is low quality or I cannot print. The cartridges are, for me expensive and must be replaced when I do need to print.

It says it is for the Envy 6155 and it does NOT. My printer keeps saying that I have no cartridges in. $136 wasted. We tried and tried. To no avail. I'm going to take my printer to Best Buy to get them to help. HP isn't answering my requests.

The printer will not work at all when it detects ink possibly not manufactured by HP. First horrible experience was that they hook you into free ink for several months and make it very hard to unsubscribe from that through various confusing menus, etc. Then even if you order ink from HP, some of the inks do not work in the printer cause it thought it was not from HP

I purchased a new printer from HP set it up with the enclosed ink cartridges that came with the printer and also signed up for the "Instant Ink" program. Well the included cartridges ran out and I did not get any new ones from the Instant Ink program, so, I had to purchase the above cartridges. I get an e-mail telling me that because I installed "store bought" cartridges it is screwing up my instant ink program because I don't have the "correct" cartridges installed. What am I supposed to do???? Not buy ink when I need it and have my printer useless until they decided to send me new ink???? Not very happy with the whole program. BUT the ink cartridges I purchased are working great. I guess I should quit the instant ink program and just purchase my ink locally. I am not HAPPY!

I have been a loyal customer for years and the quality of the ink that I have received TWICE is crap.Nothing is bright or crisp. I used to get so many more pages out of one single cartridge, both color and black. I don't do heavy printing, but I am finding that any HP cartridge that I purchase (either directly or through AMAZON) is not lasting more than 20 pages. it was never like this before. I don't print pictures or anything that would saturate the page. Is it my printer? It's an HP Inspire i purchased 6 months ago. Ink is super expensive and should be lasting a lot longer. I might have to switch to EPSON. So disappointed.
