I especially like the convenience of ordering online. I've never had a problem with delivery, HP even sends a recycling envelope for your used cartridges and the ink quality is good.

Paying so much money for few drops of ink is outrageous. I am using my printer vary rarely and when you found out the ink has already finished is not worthed to have a printer. The ink should cost half the price or lasting longer. Very disappointed.

Like to use original product to make sure it works correctly so this was a great choice. The box was a bit smashed but doesn't seem to have damaged the cartridges.

I purchased this ink because I am beholden to HP for the rest of my printer's life and if I try to use other ink it will print me a piece of paper that says it can't print with other ink. I installed the ink. The printer gives an error message and indicates I am not using HP ink - I am - and directs me to the web to resolve. When I click that link it takes me to the website sure but there is no indication anywhere about how to solve this issue. I have a printer that will not print. I think this is because I haven't signed up for some other HP mafia related chokehold but I guess I will never know.

I have an HP ENVY 7640 and it would not work with either black or colored 67s. I thought the contacts looked iffy so I cleaned them -- to no avail. Then I bought 62s locally and they work great. Could be the 67s were empty, they felt pretty light, but I didn't have a full one to compare. Anyway, HP was good about taking the 67s back and refunding the cost.

Ink cartridge did not last after making prints of letter documents 4 times so it seem like the ink cartridge was a used cartridge because when it was replaced it still stated low ink and printed the document light

I found it difficult to remove old cartridge. Prior HP printer I would push used cartridge in slightly and it would pop out. But new printer HP Deskjet 4227e you push down. Was not easy. Also my old cartridge stopped working even though displayed 1/4 ink left?!? So that was disappointing and means it will cost me more if this continues.
