Ridiculous amount of packaging.
Cartridge was fine. This single cartridge came in a box large enough to ship two desktop PCs

AI advised wrong cartridge
This cartridge didn't work with my machine,T3500. The AI assistant said it would. Later I ordered a 764 from another source. I couldn't find that on the HP site.

Just what we needed
Trying to find ink right now is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Was so glad we were able to purchase it through HP. We are an architecture firm that needs to print our plans constantly.

Pleasant experiences

This is the most epic ink cartridge that has even been manufactured. It can leap tall buildings in one bound, and probably stop bullets, I would not try it, but it might.

Best Priced Bundle
I was just glad to find a bundle that included all necessary cartridges for the plotter. The next time we order we may not need to order all cartridges at once but they came quickly and as advertised.
