One printhead can be used for all colors

Neat that one printhead can be used for all colors. Failures may be due to a Left Spittoon issue verses, talk to HP or an authorized HP service provider on it if you are having issues.

New Printhead have low ink

I received the printhead right on time. However, one two malfunctions right after install and the remaining printheads show low ink levels right after install.

One of the three print heads was failing right out of the box when I installed it. Not a good show of quality control. After it failed three times to install it finally installed on the fourth try. Carriage assembly print head contacts were cleaned with HP cleaning pad and dried before install. So not sure why they would fail but anyway it was annoying to have to keep reinstalling that one print head before it finally installed. Firmware was good also.Not sure what the problem was.
