So far, new cartridges are useless to me
At this point, all I can is I'm pleased with the purchase and delivery processes. Purchase was simple and straightforward enough. Delivery was prompt. Having done it a few times before, installation was simple and easy enough. However, before I was able to print anything, I received an error message stating "the indicated cartridges have been blocked by the printer firmware because they contain a non-HP chip?". How can that be? I bought the cartridges directly from HP! From there, I'm not able to do anything other than shut the printer down. When I start it back up, I receive the same message and the loop of doom repeats itself. I'd like to try to resolve the problem before taking an alternative approach, ie, buying a new printer from another manufacturer, but I've had such difficulty navigating the AI driven help process (where's a human being when you really need one?) that I'm afraid replacement may be the only palatable solution available to me, and it's not tasting exactly four star.

SCAMMED, Sent Wrong Product
I will never order from the HP site again. I put in my exact HP printer and asked for a match for ink cartridges to order. I ordered what HP recommended. And it was not the correct cartridge. When I asked for a return, HP made it incredibly difficult and delayed responding so it was beyond the allowed timeframe to return. So I am stuck with overpriced and useless cartridges.

Yellow cartridge detected as "Non-HP chip"
my printer check the yellow cartridge as "Non-HP chip", I purchased them from HP official site! This is very annoying and my printer cannot work now!

Toner use
Many times the ink toners don't all run out at the same time requiring a replacement of one to keep working properly this gets annoying make the printer be able to continue working without the other inks being low

Unhelpful website
I assume HP is trying to force me to get an ink subscription instead of buying ink when I need it. It's far more difficult to ascertain the proper cartridge for a specific printer than it was, say 10 years ago. How can that be? My next printer will NOT be an HP printer.

Using hp products
I am using hp products for the last 30 years, from where I was living, till know that I live in Mandarin, Jax.
I never have problems con the product or with the company.
The products are very good. Service is very good too.

Bad cartridge
The cartridge leaked ink all over when it was opened. I tried to contact customer service with no results.

Can't afford the Ink
The ink is very good. I have no issues at all with the ink.
My complaint is that the ink cost more than the printer. You have no options but to purchase ink from HP. It's this reason that I am looking into other printers that would be more economical.

HP cartridge 1st time defective
Having used HP printers since 1990's and preferring them with very few problems except 'old age of mechanics' I have never had a brand new cartridge failure. Ipurchased two black XL and the first one I installed threw codes of after market and not original HP. First time I shut down, restarted and it printed once Just to throw code again with no ability to print. After following through all directives on correcting, U bit the bullet and installed the second one which worked perfectly . Will HP honor their product and credit my account for the defective cartridge? I have it and the box I thought I had discarded. If you want it return for inspection, please send me a prepaid mailer. Thankyou.

Great ink cartridges.
I buy the black and colored cartridges of cyan, yellow and magenta. They work well. Sometimes have a problem getting off the ink protector cap, but do it. Like the ease with which I can order them.

Great product; difficult pre-install design
Product great. Orange snap-off very difficult. When this one came off, ink splattered and got on carpet.
