I expected faster speeds
16 GB too small for multitasking,.laptop.slows.significantly after 50% usage. Very poor support re win11 errors

Fantastic Laptop
I have just few days with my new laptop , but in love already, flexible, up to date, fast; the screen resolution is lovely, nothing negative to report at this point

Keyboard is horrible
Constantly making typing errors and having to go back and correct makes the fastest computer the slowest with the needed corrections. Tried using blue tooth keyboard and then it's ackward neck twisting. Would rather no laptop over this one. Too frustrating. Thought my fingers would adapt, but the F/J keys have no bumps on them and nothing flows like a standard keyboard. Constant pages popping up interferring with my work and it's about half pound heavier than expected.

Issues I'm getting
It usually give me error of wallpaper engine sui I guess and two more error I'm not able to do multitasking because it get freezes i try to fix it by update fix feature of window but that also didn't work. I didn't give my review on the website because it can lead you guys to a loss but I want to get my laptop fixed from you guys I have tried alot to fix it but was not quite able to if I try to reset it even that is not possible it just won't let me do it.

Great package right out of the box.
Great laptop for everyday use. I have used it mostly for watching shows and editing gaming videos. I havent been able to game on this laptop but after the way it has handled the editing and some recording even, i have no doubt it could handle light gaming.

This is a very function laptop I just don't like the keyboard does not cover the entire lower pad. Also, I haven't figured out how to have multiple screens displayed.

Very good, but....
Takes some getting used to not having left and right click buttons. Also, I paid $40 extra, for expedited shipping and since it was delayed, they would not refund my extra payment. This alone, will force me to shop elsewhere, for my next laptop :o(

I paid for 3 years of support that is pitiful!!
The representatives are poorly trained. They also work in a call center where you can barely hear the rep. when talking to hem due to other reps talking very loudly. The first representative wanted to do a reset on my laptop in order to fix it. That's like taking a sledgehammer to the problem. This is without running tests he also was continually saying I'm sorry for the problem I don't need a friend I want someone to fix the problem. The second representative ran one test and said your ok, when I was still having problems. I paid for 3 years of support that is pitiful!!

Powerful enough & not too big
Good performance, the conversion to tablet is very good. The keyboard is smooth, hp good support and for traveling it's great.

Great Display
Good laptop. Good price. Great display with 100% RGB coverage. I should have opted for 32gig of RAM. Was disappointed that I missed the absence of a numeric keypad.

Laptop successor
It does things better than my old laptop where it has the vent on the left side and it having a louder than necessary noise, yeah I can clean out the vent thing and I have tried to pry open the thing, but I couldn't get it to open. So I had to retire it.

Don't buy from this site
Still waiting for my laptop. Highly recommend you do not buy. Get a laptop elsewhere. Ordered more than a month ago and there is no resolution for my laptop being held.

HP OmniBook 7 Flip 16au0017nr
I ordered a my new HP Omnibook 7 because my old laptop wasnt working correctly. I was very impressed how fast able to set it up and use it. I am very happy with it, and it was a great purchase. Ensure you back your documents up to your one drive so that once you get your new laptop, you will have access to them. I would purchase another one in a heartbeat if i needed a new one.

Poor experience
One of the 4 laptops I bought had a defective touchscreen and touchpad. It was delivered on 12/30 and by the time my IT person evaluated it and found the problem it was 1/16/26. We had to spend more than an hour on the phone and now had to ship it back. They are going to repair it seems. However if it is defective then I would have expected a new replacement and not have to go through all this . Very poor experience and will have to reconsider buying anything from you in the future

The computer has a manufacturing defect
The computer has a manufacturing defect; the touchpad doesn't work. I tried installing the driver and updating Windows without success.
I tried contacting HP for online support and received no response.
I am disappointed.

Great, light flip laptop with high resolution touch display.
Great laptop with plenty of CPU resources even with Mcafee running. The touch screen display is great at 3K resolution.

Will love when/if I ever get it figured out.
I've had my granddaughter set it up; however, it is very different than my HP Envy I'm replacing. I haven't used it enough to give honest review. I do miss having the number on right side of keyboard.

Had to get a replacement for my old computer quickly
Most everything is great except the visual recognition doesn't work (I have to keep re-starting it) and I can't figure out how to play a DVD on an external DVD Player
