Performance is better than my 10-year-old HP Windows 10 PC. My only complaint is that the new PC's power button sticks, so that I must use a thin blade to retract it each time I press it.

I have been a HP user for many years. I was very disappointed with my latest purchase. It didn't function upon first use. I'm having to send it back for repair before I ever got to use it.

Our HP OmniDesk Desktop AI M03?0000t is now fully configured for everything our family does-from everyday tasks to my programming projects-and it performs beautifully. The system is fast, quiet, and has plenty of headroom for upgrades. I'm exploring the idea of setting it up as a Windows/Ubuntu dual?boot system and adding a second 1TB PCIe SSD to expand its capabilities even further. HP has been our go?to brand-our past machines were HP, this one is HP, and so is our laptop.

We bought this new HP Tower to replace our old HP Tower at home and the transition was quick, seamless and easy. Returned this product. However, it was very difficult to cancel this order prior to it being built and shipped, even after making several advanced calls to HP. Which was extremely stressful, I had to take shipment of it, received it, then shipped it back before the item was credited to my account.

The pc worked great out of the box. The SSD drive was fast and performed well. But after I installed security software, photo software, and an email client, it started to occasionally hesitate for several seconds, then long enough to exit the application and start over. Most of the issues were hidden settings in the new operating system. The included keyboard was 1/2 inch narrower than standard keyboards and I as an experienced user, had difficulty avoiding two keys in one stroke Finally one day I turned it on and got the blue screen of death. I returned it for another, which I'm still waiting for.

HP small tower is quite good. Very quiet PC. Not sure if I would purchase a PC with an AI processor again. Way too intrusive. Although my replacement machines were running Windows 11, Microsoft Windows 11 on my new tower and laptop has scrambled up my existing systems in a way I thought was not possible. Very upset! With four PCs now untrustworthy I am finally planning to switch to Linux. HP should abandon Windows 11 and offer Linux OS PCs.

Limited to supporting only two (2) monitor displays. Needs to be more than 280 Watts. These are drawbacks for me, however it is otherwise a very nice PC. Setup - five (5) minutes. It is extremely quiet, it has a very good Intel processor and 2TB SSD storage. It came with 16 GB RAM, so you may want to add additional RAM.

Delivery of product was excellent, very timely and prompt. Customer service has been inadequate in assisting with setup with HP Printer/Scanner. After 3 days and approximately 6 hours on the phone HP's customer service representatives in India and Central Amarica have been unsuccessful in correcting the issue. A second issue of being able to connect to another Win. 11 machine via the enet network has not even been addressed yet.

I have been a life long HP computer and peripheral devices buyer. This is the worst computer I have ever purchased It came with no CD or DVD drive, no mouse nor keyboard. The construction is cheap, "tinny" in comparison with previous HP systems. I waited 4 weeks for it to be delivered to me. Software programs lock up when used with it. The connection between computer and my two printers is lost several times daily which interrupts my productivity flow. I am seriously disappointed in this purchase and will be replacing it soon.

This PC is as described, works smooth, very quiet too. The only reason I gave it one star less is because I didn't get the Dark Oak (Black) I ordered instead they send me twice the brown color.

My fault, but I didn't think a full-size desktop wouldn't have the ability to add an additional internal hard drive....or anything other than more RAM. Turns a good-looking PC into a disappointment for me.
