Replacement toner
Love my printer and not complaining about having to get toner -it just seemed to take forever before it came in. Thankfully the printer gives notice far in advance. Other than that - I?m satisfied!

Lack of customer service.
I always buy in 3 packs. It?s $30 less than individual. 3 packs were out of stock. No one would refund me the $30 difference since I had to put the toners individually. Very disappointed in customer service

I’ll only buy real HP because they’re worth it. The colors are great and the XL lasts a lot longer.

You can always be sure that buying a HP cartridge will work well in your HP printer. Don't waste your money on cartridges that are tagged as the same thing. Always rely on HP.

At least it works.
I only bought the HP cartiridges because HP will not allow most of their printers to works with non-HP cartiridges. So I paid $404 for a cartridge set when the $136 set I bought wouldn't run. No warnings in the HP marketing materials for my printer, or in the instructions included with it.

HP cartridges work best with HP products
I saw a lot of off makers selling cheaper toner cartridges, we were very tempted to try. Once you read the reviews. That stopped us in our tracks. The choices were save a little and possibly have your printer stop identifying it and loose out and have to buy HO or just wait for a sale and buy HP. They work and make print copies look great. My review would be 5out of 5 but they are pricey.
