From professional setups to home entertainment systems, the GEM-EX-R Dual Head 4K HDMI + USB + Audio + RS-232 Receiver with Daisy-Chain Output is a durable and high-quality solution for extending a variety of signals. This advanced receiver is designed to extend USB 2.0, Audio, dual RS-232, and dual display HDMI video, supporting a range of resolutions up to 4K UHD @ 30 Hz and 1080p @ 60 Hz.

This innovative system can transmit these signals to one or more receivers, reaching distances of up to 100 meters (328 ft.) over a single CAT6 cable. The receiver is equipped with two HDMI outputs, six USB ports, an analog audio output, and a dual-port capable RS-232 port.

Designed with versatility in mind, two of the USB ports are optimized for keyboard and mouse use but can also accommodate other USB devices such as KVM switches or touch-screen displays. The audio output is conveniently de-embedded from HDMI A, providing clear and high-quality sound.

For additional connectivity, the receiver offers four general-purpose USB 2.0 ports, perfect for connecting devices like printers or scanners. For enhanced security, USB memory devices are not supported by default, but can be enabled upon request.

The GEM-EX-R Dual Head 4K HDMI + USB + Audio + RS-232 Receiver also features an RJ45 "LINK OUT" port for daisy-chaining to downstream receivers. All signals are re-buffered, allowing the LINK OUT port to drive cables up to 100 meters long.

The RJ45 output ports can also be connected to ULTRA-V Receivers, which provide a single video output and no USB. By default, ULTRA-V Receivers display Video A, but can be configured to display Video B if needed.
