So far so good. With a slightly stiffer handle than the older models, which I like. My schools boys are rough on these. We destroyed the prioer ones with 2 school years but there were no zipper failures nor wheel failures. I dont see anything on the market as durable and useful. Reccomended. We load them up with 15-25 pounds.

Great roller backpack
Great size and pickes for elementary kids. The wheels are well made as is the body. Wish there was a sleeve for the shoulder starts to go into when the bag is rolling

Great backpack
We bought this backpack because my son is recovery from surgery and cannot carry a regular one. The backpack is versatile and great. Very well done with resistant material.

Delivered in good time. Exactly what I expected
We are leaving tomorrow and I was afraid It would not be delivered in time. I was so happy it came in good time. We will make good use of this backpack during our 3 weeks travel. I am more than happy to find out it is exactly what I want. It looks beautiful in design and excellent in quality. Hope it will be durable and will last for many trips to come. I bought this in the cosmos/midnight sky pattern. It is extremely cute. I was a bit worried that the single-tube handle might be awkward, but it handles easily even when loaded. I am returning it, with great regret, because it is not quite big enough for my needs, but I'm purchasing a similar backpack which is ALMOST as cute and a good bit larger.

Handle only extends fully
It seems the handle had only one hole due to which it can only be extended fully with no intermediate holes to vary the length of the handle. We actually saw 3-4 holes in one of the photos and with someone else's High Sierra bag pack so didn't even expect this design. WIll probably be returning it.
Shipping was also slow, it took almost 10 days to reach.

Rolls easily and is sturdy
I like this backpack. It is lighter than I expected. It is sturdy and rolls easily. I wish the pockets were a little bigger but it's workable. So glad I purchased this. It is definitely improving my back!

Good quality and features
School hasn't started yet so I cannot speak for durability, but the size is good. Lots of pockets. Seems to be well made. Love how you can use it as a backpack with the straps, or tuck them away into a pocket when using the rolling feature. Love the big side pocket for a water bottle. Got the matching lunch box and like how it can snap onto the backpack.

Great quality and good looking
It's very sturdy, durable looking, and the colors on it look great. I ordered something similar off of Amazon and it was ridiculously undersized, like for a kindergartener. This is a great size for my middle schooler and it's big enough for an adult as well. She got two years out of her last backpack that came from this company too. Really recommend it!

The handle is a little wobbly but otherwise, very nice, endless compartments. bought for my 3rd grader since the number of books have increased but I find it a little large for her now but she will grow with it
