I loved my SW150 reverse grad filter so I got one for my 100 mm kit. I shoot lots of seascapes at sunrise and sunset so this filter ir really useful for me. The only reason I give this 3 stars is cause of the color cast. It gives a pinkish color cast (easy to correct in post).

I used this filter with my canon 60d and efs 10-22m lens, it mounts well with the lee holder. But what I don't like about this filter, it produces a pinkish colour cast in the image.

I used it with my canon 60d, efs 10-22mm lens with the Lee holder. I'm not gonna recommend this filter due to pink colour cast.

Reverse ND grads are specialty filters designed for shooting sunrise and sunset where the highest luminance is near the horizon line. The reverse grad features a hard transition in the center of the filter (similar to the hard edge grad) but reduce in density toward the top of the filter. Formatt-Hitech filters are made from the highest quality 1.5mm optical resin.
Reverse Grads
The reverse grad is a vital tool if you are looking to take sunrise or sunset shots. The reverse grad is lightest at the top and increases in density toward the center, then features a hard edge transition to clear at the center of the filter.
This speciality filter is especially useful just after the sun has set where a bright band of light is at the horizon fading to dark at the top of the frame.
Formatt-Hitech Resin
Formatt-Hitech's resin filters are ultra flat, have excellent contrast and are completely transparent to the visible light spectrum. Formatt-Hitech's resin has the highest scratch resistance of any non-glass optical material and it's resistant to most solvents, chemicals, aging and material fatigue. Because of the ruggedness, light weight and portability, resin filters are a great choice for photographers and HDSLR filmmakers. Resin filters are dyed using our exclusive Absorbing Cell Technology process.
