This video encoding unit lets you enter the digital age with analog equipment. Its four channels support dual or single-stream video encoding, plus multiple dedicated 3.5mm audio in/out ports and enabled full PTZ camera control. It can handle real-time H.264, MPEG-4, MPEG-2, and MJPEG compression in resolutions as high as WD1/960H (960 x 480) and frame rates as high as 30fps.

On top of all that, the encoder has alarm in/out connectivity, an RJ-45 Ethernetport, and support for microSD storage as well as NAS, iSCSI, and IPSAN storage options.
