Length these last is great. I only need to charge once a week to every other week. But the distance is lacking, They stop working when a single wall is in the way of the signal

Unquestionably the best gaming headphone money can buy. The battery life alone will last you weeks before a recharge. In addition, comfort and sound quality are fantastic. If I was offered the top of the line Steel series or Razer or Astros, I would pass them over just to stick with this headset. I cannot say enough of how much I love them.

Best headphones on the market at the moment. I had avoided wireless headsets in the past due to the annoyance of having to constantly recharge them and being without my headset if I ever forgot. Not an issue with this headset. One charging session per month is all you need thanks to its insanely long battery life. They are very comfortable, especially if your have a rounder head like mine where others put too much pressure around the ears and the sound quality is above average quality. There are other head sets you can get slightly better sound quality but you lose all the other pros this headset has to offer and will spend atleast double the price to boot. 10/10 comfort. 10/10 Durability. 10/10 battery life. 10/10 cost to value ratio. 8/10 sound quality.

Very comfy, great sound quality, insanely good battery life. I've had them for months and haven't had to recharge yet and I'm pretty often gaming. My only drawbacks are that the earcups aren't quite big enough for my ears, and a set of Wicked Cushions aftermarket ear cushions helps a bit with that but not enough to solve my problem. Range could be better but that's being a bit picky. Glad to say I'm not dissapointed with buying these :)

Not the worst, but for my larger ears they are quite uncomfortable after about 15 minutes. Connectivity isn't what I would like as I tend to use my headset around the house to listen to things as I do some chores. My old Logitech 935s would still have good voice connection in the basement and were comfortable to wear for hours, but they didn't stand the test of time. Curious if the clouds will fare better or I will find something I like more.

These are some really good headphones. I use these primarily for PC gaming with voice chat. Audio in the headphones is very clear and has a good balance of bass & treble. Good mic as well; my buddy who I game with can hear me clearly. The cushions are also pretty comfortable. I've gamed several hours at a time while wearing glasses with minimal to no discomfort. The HyperX PC app is very intuitive. It helps control settings like mic monitoring (which I usually turn on) and equalizer and shows an accurate battery percentage. Battery life is crazy long. I been using these approx. a month off the initial charge, gaming around 20-30 hours a week and I still have about 60% charge.

The sound is really nice on these, however I have a really bad issue with audio distortion that seems to kick in after an hour or two of use playing games while voice chatting on discord. Went through the tech support process and they recommended sending them in, but the process for doing so is a real pain and requires a bunch of pictures and documentation. I will get around to it eventually. Without these issues I could give a strong recommendation for the product but as it is I would not buy this headset.

I bought this headset because HP would take them back if I didn't like them. Every store in my city would not take headsets back after opening, and my problem is that most wireless headsets are not loud enough for me. Initially this was also the case with the Cloud Alpha Wireless. 100% volume and can't hear anything. Then I found the FXSound app, downloaded it and then played around with the settings until I got the headset to sound great...and loud. Now I play with volume at 30% and it is plenty. The wireless range is pretty good, and the battery life is legendary. I would recommend these to others, 100%

The clamp strength was so strong that I had head aches in 30 minutes. If you wear glasses, forget about getting these headphone. It's a real shame too because the battery life was so good.

Fantastic audio. The soundstage and imaging are incredible. NGenuity is not as bad as everyone says. My only issue has been it's not the most comfortable headset. But it's a small enough trade off for the audio.

These are my first ever good quality, name brand, top end (gaming) headphones/headset. Love how these are so comfortable on my ears and they have a good weight on them (not too heavy nor light) - the entire headset is made with such good quality that you can feel. Worth the price and has superb sound, esp the base sounds! Good for music as on top of gaming/voice chatting. I like the detachable microphone as well very convenient and yes, it is stable! Make sure to fully connect the detachable headphone or else it'll fall (I made that mistake my first time but it is overall stable/doesn't fall). I didn't know HyperX is also from HP which is amazing (as an HP user too). Love the audio adapter? Extra cord that connects to the computer along with the sound/microphone splitter. Besides that the design is gorgeous - I have purchased the red one. Did my research on which headset to get and I'm super happy and satisfied with my Cloud Alpha. Wasn't too expensive for me either. Thanks for the good product and sound, everything about this headset!

My brother got his first one years ago and he only had to replace the cord once because he dropped his phone and it landed on and broke the jack. I've been through alot of headsets though the years and I hadn't had one with this good of sound quality and mic. I'm glad you can replace parts when they go out instead of having to buy a whole new one.

Contacted support regarding audio issues, received no response, and the audio issues only continued to get worse alongside occasional sound problems arising from the connection. The bass is so high that it is painful, and nothing else is able to be heard.
