Does exactly what it should do. It stays clean, and is invisible. Can?t speak to its ability to protect my lens from catastrophic camera drops as thankfully that hasn?t happened!!

Perfect filter to accompany my 16-35mm GM lens. This filter was recommended to me by a friend who regularly shoots for their production studio. I am more of a hobby photographer so I was apprehensive about getting such an expensive lens but for the clarity and lack of distortion to the final shot I pulled the trigger. I talked to the staff in store for a bit about the lens too and felt at ease with my purchase. Fit perfectly and shots come out clear as day. It's also easy to clean with an alcohol wipe and finger prints don't leave a huge mark due to the coasting so I am satisfied.

I am very excited about this filter. My main use will be to protect the front lens element of my Nikon 16-35 lens, which accepts a 77mm threaded filter. The product was well-packaged and shipped out quickly. I received the package within a few days. Joshua Thorpe was very helpful, as always.

I've used all the top quality filters over the years and many are great but Hoya seems to have hit it out of the park with this one. Smudge resistance is so good I'm often not putting a lens cap on while working, even in a chaotic environment. I brush off the dust and keep going. Stacking this filter with others has not caused any edge problems.
