Overall does what it should.

This filter did what it is supposed to do. I really purchased mainly for lens protection. I did on occasion get some reflection when shooting towards bright light. I will probably at some point invest in a higher quality coated lens. I think overall this is a good filter.

This Hoya UV filter is very well constructed. It fits my lens very tight. You can feel the build quality when screw it on your lens.
