I have the original UV filters without the antistatic coating and it really does make a noticeable difference. I am constantly cleaning my other lens filters but this one remains clean throughout the shoot.

Very good filter. Not necessarily antistatic. I still have to blow dust off before taking photos, but I I live in a dusty state.not sure there are any filters that are truly antistatic when it comes to dust. The main use is to keep dust off my lenses. Filters are cheaper to replace after they gradually get scratched from dust and cleanin. All my prime lenses ( several over 40 years old) still have perfect glass because of filter protection.
