Great Product, but not with IDX Battery

The service from Adoroma staff was excellent. I received the item quickly. The only problem is that it will not charge IDX brand batteries. Nowhere in the product specs did it mention this, so I was very disappointed to have to return it. Again the Adorama staff were great and the return process and credit back went very well.
