This tripod is a life saver. When trying to mount and balance the camera on the gimbal, it is difficult to do without a support to set it on the table. I have a different mount with 2 handles, but the size of it is somewhat restrictive. Having a fairly compact 3 legged mount is extremely useful especially since it is so compact. The GTP mini tripod is a great accessory for your Beholder gimbal stabilizer. The mini tripod screws directly into the 3/8-16 thread at the bottom of your gimbal and gives you a stable base and stand for your gimbal. This will greatly help when balancing your camera on the gimbal. Also when the tripod legs are closed the tripod doubles as a handle extension giving you a more secure and comfortable grip. The GTP is compatible with all Beholder gimbals such as the MS1, DS1, EC1, DS2, DS2-A and MS-PRO.
