I am a makeup artist. I purchased this light because a lot of my fellow MUA were using it. It's great for checking makeup on set! Fits snug in my set bag. I look forward to using the light to vlog as well

This is a perfect little camera mounted light for quick run and gun set ups. Not a flame thrower of a light but it has a great deal of control up close. i love it and it sits right inside my camera case. The price is ridiculously inexpensive.

I like the idea. Wish they made a snoot for it and i wish they made some 2 to 3 times larger and brighter.

My new light saber!

I've find this light to be handy to just throw in with my gear. I have been using in situations where I just need a little fill light or it does a good job as a hair light when shooting video.

Great for my use.

Without a doubt, this little gem of a light is extremely powerful for its size, very light weight and packed with a dimmer , barn doors and an onboard Amber filter, it would be bright enough for a closeup interview with very pleasing results, the one and only thing I would do different is to move the hot shoe connector back a few inches, if it's connected to your hot shoe, the back end sticks out and hits your face, a bracket or off camera would fix that issue. I plan to buy a couple more for multiple lighting angles.

Pleasant suprise

lamp is good quality and easy to use. Dimming works good and smooth. For interviews it might be to direct. Therefor you will have to use a ball adapter to be able to adjust the angle of the lamp. Also nice to use as an effect light.
