Amazing piece of glass and it helps tremendously in bright light conditions to cut down on the light and from blowing out the image.

Works very well for my Tamron 15-30. Although it does have a very slight color shift it is much less than that of other brands, and easily correctable in post. The 6 stop is the perfect nd filter for landscape photography. I’ve used it now for 2 outings for waterfalls, ocean waves, car headlights, etc and I’ve loved the results so far. Glass seems like very good quality and fits perfectly with the NISI filter system.

I recently switched from Lee to NiSi filters and I am glad I did. The optical clarity of the NiSi glass filters is top notch. The ND 64 performs beautifully when used with the NiSi filter holder.

I purchased the 6-stop ND, 10-stop ND, and 3-stop soft GND on sale for $100 each to use with the Nisi V5 Pro. The filters come with a nice padded pouch that protects the filters well. The foam lining on the ND filters is a nice touch that minimizes light leak. The soft GND filter has a very gradual transition, so the medium GND might be a better choice for harsher transitions. Optically, the filters perform extremely well and I cannot discern any decrease in sharpness at 100% zoom on a 24MP, full-frame sensor. The filters are fairly color neutral and only exhibit a minimal magenta cast that is easily corrected in post-processing. I did notice that the shape of sunstars was somewhat affected by the filters, and flaring was more pronounced with more filters. Overall I am extremely pleased with these filters.

I've only had it for a few weeks but it works well. Filters come in a soft pouch to keep them protected. I found that stacking the 3 stop and 6 stop creates weird noise and a bit of hazing on both my monitor and EVF even at low ISO but the images seem sharp and don't have the display noise that I mentioned. Overall very nice filters. I would buy them again.

Before you embark on your next photographic adventure, equip your camera with the NiSi Explorer Collection 100x100mm Nano IR Neutral Density Filter - ND1000 (3.0) - 10 Stop, a robust accessory designed to withstand the rigors of active photography. This premium filter is a cornerstone of the Explorer Series, renowned for its exceptional durability due to a specialized glass hardening process that renders it twice as resilient as standard glass filters.
Crafted for those who frequently find themselves in challenging environments, the Explorer Series filters are significantly less susceptible to accidental breakage, offering peace of mind to photographers who push the limits of their gear. The 10-stop ND1000 filter is an indispensable tool for managing intense daylight conditions outside of the golden hour, effectively blocking substantial amounts of light to achieve balanced exposures and long exposure effects.
Neutral density filters like this one are essential for creating motion blur in dynamic scenes, such as flowing water or bustling cityscapes, and for maintaining image sharpness with wide apertures and slow shutter speeds. They are particularly useful in high-contrast situations where preserving detail in both highlights and shadows is crucial.
The NiSi ND1000 filter boasts a true-to-life color rendition, thanks to its high-quality optical glass construction and advanced nano-coating technology, which ensures no detail is lost. Unlike resin-based filters, this glass filter maintains the integrity of your images without affecting their coloration.
In addition to its neutral density capabilities, this filter includes an infrared protection coating to combat the common issue of infrared light affecting color fidelity at small apertures. This specialized coating eliminates infrared light penetration, preserving the natural, true-to-life colors in your photographs.
Constructed from B270 tempered glass, the NiSi Explorer Collection filter shares the same nano-coating process as NiSi's optical glass filters, enhancing its durability without compromising on optical quality. While the filter is hardened and tempered to resist damage, it is important to note that it is not impervious to all impacts, and its hardening may diminish over time.
The NiSi 100mm filter system is versatile, accommodating cameras with standard filter threads ranging from 49mm to 95mm. This 100x100mm filter is specifically designed to integrate seamlessly with the NiSi 100mm filter system, ensuring compatibility and ease of use for photographers seeking to elevate their image-making process.
