Really quite simple to install and work. The spinning circular polarizer apparatus makes it easy to adjust your polarizer without removing any filters. This thing is pretty massive though and clunky to carry around and shift on and off during hikes and such, but there's really no getting around that for any ultra wide filter system.

As a landscape/seascape photographer, I use filters nearly every time I shoot. When I bought my Sony 12-24mm lens, the first accessory that I looked for was a filter system. After doing some research on various manufacturers that offer filter systems for this lens, I decided to buy the NiSi offering.  When I received the unit, the first thing that I noticed was how well it was machined and how solid it felt.  Putting it on the lens was very easy and it slide right on and locked securely. As an extra bonus, it comes with a nice padded pouch. I also bought several of the NiSI graduated and solid neutral density filters. In field tests, the filters did not disappoint…completely color neutral. They are also made of optical glass and are easy to install in the filter holder. I couldn't be more satisfied with this system and filters. A sold 5 star rating and highly recommended!

Great finish. love the optical and metallic components. love that you can install it while lens is mounted on camera. polarizer is high quality.it is quite bulky though and price is high. at 14mm you do see some dark corners but can easily fixed in post
