A perfect ND filter, does exactly what you need.
Works perfectly, I never even feel a need to take it off my lens. I don't notice any issues with color or image clarity and shooting outdoors is a breeze. I do wish there was a way to lock it where you set it, but that isn't enough of a critique to take a star off for me.
