Excellent choice for an ND Variable. Nisi brags about no color shift or vignetting and I can attest to the fact that this is true on both my 1-5 and 5-9 filters. My only gripe is no filter cap like on my 1-5 but I just want between the two of them.

It's OK. It turns the image a bit of cold (blue-ish). And the canon lens cap doesn't fit it very well.

The filter helps create a nice finish to the photograph you expect. I used extended exposure times that have given me superior shots. Of course using a tripod is critical and the results with movement of clouds, water, and so on add so much to your finished product.

If was a advertised, which impressed me! A little color casting at 9 stops, but easily fixed in post processing! No x, which I happy about!
