I am a run/gun shooter and love traveling lightweight but with good quality gear. I have tried several field/client monitors and this one best fits my needs.
The high bright signal is fantastic and easy to see even in full sun. It's also full-featured for an affordable price. It has Waveform, Histogram, False Color, Peaking, Audio Meters, Zooming, Crosshair, Grids and more. It's easy to configure and setup.
My clients love this monitor and often ask if I'm bringing it on set. I have used this for fashion event interviews, TV show interviews and commercial filming for TV spots. I like the option to be either battery powered or run on plug-in power (when purchasing the kit).
Overall, great monitor with more than enough features for the price.
