What sets the Expansion Baseplate for the Canon R50 Camera apart is its compact design that enhances your camera's functionality without adding unnecessary weight or bulk. This silver baseplate, specifically designed for the Canon R50, securely mounts to the bottom of your camera, providing multiple mounting points for various accessories. The baseplate is equipped with 1/4"-20 threads and a Cold Shoe Receiver, enabling you to effortlessly attach accessories such as onboard lights and external microphones. This feature does not limit the camera's ability to be mounted on a tripod in both horizontal and vertical shooting configurations, offering you maximum flexibility during shoots. The baseplate's unique wrap-around design offers an additional 1/4"-20 thread on the right side of the camera, facilitating vertical mounting when necessary. The bottom plate is designed with an ARCA Swiss connection, making it ideal for compatible tripod heads and DJI Ronin Series Gimbals. Please note that this baseplate adheres to DJI's standard for ARCA and may not be compatible with all 3rd party ARCA Receivers. The left side of the baseplate features a built-in 1/4"-20 thread with locating points, allowing for quick transitions between horizontal and vertical modes when mounted to a tripod. The right side reserves space for an R50 Dummy Battery Cable, ensuring easy access. The Arca-Swiss Quick Release feature on the bottom of the expansion baseplate is compatible with Arca-Swiss standard receivers, facilitating swift transitions between setups and saving valuable time on set. The Expansion Baseplate for the Canon R50 Camera boasts an ergonomic design trusted by professional photographers.
