Constructed from durable materials, this camera cage is designed to securely hold your camera, protecting it from potential damage during use. The cage features a modular design, allowing users to customize their setup based on their specific needs. The kit includes a Lightweight Quick Release Top Handle, which offers a convenient way to operate your camera without adding significant weight to your rig. This handle also provides additional mounting points for accessories, including a Cold Shoe Receiver, a 15mm rod holder, and 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads with locating points. The kit also features a Left Side Wooden Handle that mounts via our Type VI Attachment Type, compatible with any NATO Rail. This handle is hand-carved from solid wood and assembled with CNC-milled high-grade aluminum-alloy, providing improved stability when handling and operating your camera. The Full Camera Cage Lightweight Kit for RED KOMODO-X also includes a Lens Adapter Support with a sophisticated clamp-based design, providing multiple points of contact for improved stability. This feature not only increases the security of your lens adapters but also bolsters your confidence when using larger lenses. The cage includes five parts: Front Top Plate, Left Side Arm, Right Side Arm, Bottom Plate, and Rear Top Plate. Each part is detachable and can be used independently, providing flexibility and customization for your camera setup. The I/O module provides a robust power supply for the Komodo-X, and can be connected with the V-mount Battery Adapter Plate on the back of the camera cage to accommodate flexible power solutions. The camera cage comes with one M4 Allen key and one flat head screwdriver, making mounting and disassembly easy and convenient. The quick release plate located at the bottom can be adjusted forwards, centered, or backwards, allowing you to control the balance of your camera setup.
