Beware no dial direction control

This gives room to touch the screen, but the rear control doesn?t allow for correct direction control of the focus motor direction when used with rear control dial. This means even if you tell the rear control to reverse the motor direction it won?t let you change direction. Have talked with tech support but they have no solution.
