The Panga Panga fretboard, known for its beautiful wood grain, produces a tight low and mid-range, along with a sharp attack on the high end. Medium Stainless Steel frets with Premium fret edge treatment ensure a durable, long-lasting, and super smooth performance.
The BTB1836 BTB Premium Electric Bass Guitar boasts a Bubinga top and back, offering a tight-low and edgy-mid sound. The Ash wing body complements this with a pleasant brightness and rich sustain. The Aguilar DCB pickups, featuring a dual-ceramic bar design, capture every detail and character of your tone, making this guitar ideal for dynamic playing styles.
Equipped with Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ, this guitar offers straightforward, no-nonsense EQ control. The Boost and Cut for the Mid Control are each centered on slightly different frequencies, delivering a preset range of the most favorable bass tones.
The guitar also features Gotoh machine heads for super precision and smooth feel, and an MR5S bridge with adjustable saddles for variable string spacing. The EQ bypass switch offers precision tonal adjustments, including a switch to choose passive-only operation. A 3-way Mid frequency switch allows players to change the mid-tone between 250, 450, and 700 Hz.
