Intelli-Zone Intelli-Fold DF-304C Multi-Fold / Pharmaceutical Folding Machine

The Intelli-Zone Intelli-Fold DF-304C Multi-Fold / Pharmaceutical Folding Machine utilizes a patented 4 plate design to take paper (ranging in size from 2-3/8" x 2-3/4" up to 11-1/4" x 17-3/4") and folding it into a document no wider than 1.5". All four folding plates can be set up to create a total of 16 different folds. Custom fold modifications are simple and easy to do.

The motor runs at a speed of 12,000 sheets per hour and the powered exit tray helps keep folded material in order. A counter, located on the top of the machine, makes batch folding extremely easy. A built-in clutch control is linked with the counter, allowing for extremely accurate counting. This machine can be used to create instructional inserts for retail products and is extremely popular for pharmaceutical paper folding projects.
