Great first electric guitar

This is my first electric guitar, and I love it! It is very well-made, and it looks even better in person than it does in photos. It plays pretty well out of the box after tuning.

Impressive!

I bought this Ibanez with lowered expectations but after playing it for several weeks find it to be an excellent guitar, not just for the price but see it as a real bargain. The tones I'm getting out of this Ibanez are surprising. The neck is fast and frets feel well finished, the guitar balances well and the nut and tuners make tuning fast and easy. All in all an excellent guitar from Ibanez.g

If Ibanez holds the most iconic name in metal, then the RG is certainly the guitar that built this reputation. Every inch of this classic screams speed, fury and expression. The RG421 sports a Rosewood fretboard for warm, yet well-defined tonality. As the originators of the thin, fast neck, the Wizard III is yet another achievement in player comfort-comfort that translates into maximizing player performance. Proprietary Quantum pickups round out this metal mammoth with an entire palette of thick, distorted tone textures that retain high-end articulation. A simple, yet solid fixed bridge provides stable, dependable tuning and accurate intonation.
